Structured programs, built around your goal.
Every program below is built around a specific outcome — not an open-ended hour. Whether that's a competitive audition on the calendar or simply steady, well-taught progress, in person or online.

Four ways to study with Leota.
All programs are available in person in The Woodlands or online, seven days a week.
“The goal is not just ease — it is excellence. Not just convenience — but lasting growth.” — Leota Sigrid Boesen
Private Violin & Viola Instruction
Foundational and advanced instruction for every stage — from a first lesson to conservatory-track preparation. Students range from young beginners to adults; the pace and depth are matched to where your student actually is, not a fixed curriculum.
Audition & Competition Intensive
Focused, time-bound preparation for all-region, area, state competitions and college scholarship auditions — built around the specific audition date and repertoire in front of the student, timed to the TMEA calendar.
Online Lessons
Available via FaceTime, video chat, and other formats, seven days a week. Geography stops being a scheduling constraint — ideal for a family moving, traveling, or navigating a packed Woodlands calendar.
ABRSM Exam Preparation
Coaching for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) examination system, the internationally recognized standard used across the UK, Europe, and beyond. Leota has coached a British violinist through Grade 8 — the highest graded level — and a Spanish violinist from Grade 4 through Grades 5 and 6.
